Conclusion: So what? Now what?

The Conclusion I came to at the end of my research was that communication is the most important quality a leader can use. Communication directly correlates with many other leadership qualities which makes it a fundamental part of leadership. If I had one question left it would be which combination of qualities creates the best leadership figure. I would be interested in exploring and ranking them to see if I could create the ultimate franken leader. Although I believed confidence or intelligence was the most important quality before my research I learned that is not the case. With my new-found understanding I plan to carry this into my professional career after college. I am attending the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. I plan to use my newly acquired knowledge of leadership to excel in my career and be seen as a fair leader through my excellent use of communication.
